Explain the route as well as the working position
An enquiry should describe how tower components will reach the work area: doorways, loading bays, lifts and stairs may affect handling. If work moves between several locations, include the space and surface conditions at each position. Mention occupied areas or restricted working hours.
Ask the supplier to distinguish the height of the work from the proposed platform height, and to confirm the actual model and component schedule. Give the programme and collection date separately from these specification questions so the rental scope is clear.
